Trailways has a terrible online ticket policy, that says if you purchased a ticket but don't print it, it was not be honored. The policy is archaic and inconsiderate, and trying to communicate anything with them is the most frustrating experience.

I had an urgent family matter and bought my ticket, while I was moving out of somewhere. I had a printer, so I agreed to the policy, and then my wifi went out! I tried fixing it, and was not successful and I was also unable to find another one in time to catch my bus.

I called and explained the situation, but because it's the policy it really did not matter. The rep let me know that he didn't really care and I did not not have any options, which is not his problem in rudest way.
