I left from Tallahassee Florida at 12:25 a.m. January 6th 2018 headin for Rochester New York.

I upgraded my ticket and paid $20.00 extra so that I could arrive at an earlier time. There have been one delay after another delay in busses being on time at all stops. This is NOT RIGHT! I feel that all delayed passengers should be refunded at least a portion of their ticked monies back.

Also customers have been subjected to being mistreated by staff at all points of our travels. Some buses had no heat and smelled foul like ***. Also so did each terminal bathroom. I will be calling The BBB on Greyhound and Trailways and registering all my complaints.

I am also going to see about obtaining a lawyer because of NON handicap accessibility entering and exiting each terminal.

This matter will not go overlooked! I have been traveling Greyhound & Trailways since 1968 and the service is definitely declining in all areas.
