I made a purchase online and tried to cancel it due to my circumstances. Literally half an hour later I tried to cancel and customer service wouldn't allow me to get a refund.
I spoke with a guy first, then asked if there was anyone else I could talk to. He transferred me to Brandy. She informed me about why I couldn't get a refund online as opposed to in person. Still made no sense at all.
Customer service is ***. Not even a partial refund people? Then this *** had the nerve to slam the phone down in my ear.
What ever you do DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH IT!
