Trailways custumer service is bad ladies who pick up phone talking like boss they doesn,t care about custumer because they know one time you buy ticket they don,t refund that,s the reason they talk *** plus *** they don,t have printer in office in binghamton woh and person in office say i need printer ticket idiot diesn,t have brain in your system allready have name uf custumer shiw you on phone all information so why you need paper can,t understand they don,t have brain my experince never buy ticket on line secound never go with trailway
